Returns & refunds

The Only Chapter Firming Body Cream is clinically tested — 91% of trial participants saw measurable firming at 8 weeks. We expect you to see results too. If your skin doesn't respond as it should after 30 days of daily use, we'll refund you. No interrogation, no friction.

Sealed-jar window (30 days from delivery)

Sealed and unused jars can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@theonlychapter.com with your order number and we'll send a pre-paid UK return label within one working day. Refund processed within 3 working days of receipt.

Opened-jar guarantee (30 days from delivery)

If you've used the product daily for 30 days and your skin hasn't visibly responded, we'll still refund you — no return required. Email contact@theonlychapter.com describing what you experienced. We share trial methodology and the in-house lab data with our scientific committee on every refund of this kind, because we want to know.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable
