2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues — and to refund you in full where this happens.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments and approved card schemes. Orders are confirmed once payment is authorised.

4. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, copy our content for commercial use, attempt to access protected areas, or interfere with site security.

5. Intellectual property

All copy, photography, illustrations, formulations and the brand name The Only Chapter are our property or licensed to us. You may not reuse them without written permission.

6. Liability

We do everything we can to make sure product information and stock are accurate. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, except where required by UK law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Pregnancy & medical use

Our products are formulated to be pregnancy-safe by default. They are cosmetic skincare, not medical devices. If you have a specific condition or are unsure, speak to your GP, midwife or healthcare professional before use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
